Long time no see. Eight months of silence, and that's on me. The short version: we're doing well, I'm happy, and Tally is a different company than the one I last wrote you about.
First, the news. Ignacio, my co-founder, is no longer working on the operating side of Tally. I wish him the best, and I'm grateful for everything we built together. This is the new Tally: we believe we can be an AI company, operating with fewer people, far more efficient. More on that below.
From Pablo Rochac, CEO · August 2026
Revenue runs at ~$2.5M MXN (~$135K USD) per month all-in, with July our best month of the year. On top of that, Amazon has paid us $763K USD since October for launching their sellers into Mexico, and last week we got a new PO of $150,000 USD from Amazon covering 18 new launches of US sellers. Every figure in this update carries its cut date; the full financials are in the data room.
China is the engine now. Amazon's China team sends us 90% of these leads: Chinese sellers entering Mexico who need everything (entity, RFC, imports, compliance). We built the desk that converts them, in their language, end to end. As of today: 277 leads, 80 converted sellers, $392,587 USD in contract value, $173K collected. July alone closed 18 contracts, our best month ever. These clients pay by wire and refer each other. A year ago this desk didn't exist.
Now the honest chapter. In 2025 we launched 200+ US brands into Mexico for Amazon. Then Amazon cut the account managers who supported them, the leads dried up, and those sellers were left alone: today 214 of 489 buy boxes sit with resellers and 158 SKUs are out of stock. Nobody is optimizing Mexico for them. That changes now. On September 1st, Edulei Ávila joins Tally (ex Snowball, ex Brainstead, 6 years growing brands on Amazon and MercadoLibre) to lead La Agencia: our in-house, AI-native growth agency for marketplace sellers. The gap between what our sellers could sell and what they actually sell is our next revenue line, and it spins the flywheel this company runs on: when our clients sell more, they import more, need more compliance, and Tally earns more at every turn.
We burn about $1M MXN (~$55K USD) a month. Cash plus the Amazon receivable carries us into 2027, and we have a lever-by-lever plan toward operating breakeven: China collections, $90K MXN/month in cuts already executed, payroll flat.
$8M USD, January 2027, to scale the China–Mexico corridor and La Agencia. Data room: here. This update lives at this page.
